Director of HR
Our client, Conger Construction Group, is adding a Director of Human Resources to their growing team!
The key accountabilities of the Director of Human Resources are:
- Identify, develop, and execute HR programs and initiatives that support Conger Construction Group’s strategic plan.
- Leads the development, implementation, and execution of Conger Construction Group’s professional development program to ensure the workforce is well-trained and ready to execute their roles.
- Leads and manages talent acquisition and retention programs to ensure Conger Construction Group is an employer of choice and retains top talent.
- Ensure controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage Conger Construction Group’s compliance and risk requirements.
The minimum requirements for the Director of Human Resources are:
- 3-5 years in an HR Manager role REQUIRED
- People leadership and development experience
- Experience working ith HRIS and LMS systems
